Infrastructure Architect

Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to define and deliver enterprise infrastructure standards, principles, and roadmaps for Harmony. The role involves working closely with IT and business stakeholders to assess current infrastructure, design future-state architecture, and ensure alignment with security, resilience, and governance standards. Core responsibilities include assessing and documenting the Current State Infrastructure Landscape, designing the Target State Infrastructure Architecture, developing Infrastructure Standards, Principles, and Governance Models, defining and maintaining the Infrastructure Service Catalogue, establishing Infrastructure Security and Resilience Design Patterns, building a comprehensive Infrastructure Roadmap, and collaborating with IT and business teams.

Minimum 8+ years in infrastructure architecture or related IT domains. Senior level (Equivalent Grade 7). Compulsory Hard Skills: Active Directory (AD), Cloud and Service Management (Azure, AWS, GCP exposure preferred), Networking (LAN/WAN, routing, firewalls), End User Computing (EUC, Virtual Collaboration & Telephony). Compulsory Soft Skills: Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving & Adaptability, Clear, Concise Communication (verbal and written). Hybrid working model with required travel to client site.
