Salesforce UX/UI Designer – Level 8-9

As a senior UX/UI Designer, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of user-centered digital products. You will own and lead assigned features and support junior designers, collaborating with design leadership. The role focuses on executing design solutions that meet user needs, align with business goals, and integrate seamlessly with technology. This hands-on position involves research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and cross-functional team collaboration. Responsibilities include producing high-quality UX and UI deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs) across Salesforce interfaces, headless responsive web, and native mobile apps. You will apply and evolve design systems, iterate designs based on feedback, and assist in user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests). You will define information architecture, user flows, and interaction models, develop wireframes, and build interactive prototypes. The role also involves leading key feature designs, managing and supporting a team of designers, working closely with Product Owners and developers, participating in agile ceremonies, and presenting design concepts. You will assist with usability and A/B testing, apply insights for continuous improvement, and stay current with UX/UI trends.

5+ years’ work experience in UX, UI, and product design, ideally in consultancy or digital product environments. Experience designing Salesforce interfaces. Salesforce certifications are an advantage. Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Figma, prototyping tools, and MS Office suite. Understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility, and responsive design. Strong visual design and interaction design skills, with attention to detail. Portfolio demonstrating design work, problem-solving, and execution across UX and UI. Good collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Positive, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
