Scrum Master

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing Software Engineering team on a major system implementation project. This role is ideal for a driven individual with strong Agile delivery expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching Agile teams, removing delivery blockers, tracking team performance using Agile metrics, fostering continuous improvement, collaborating with stakeholders, promoting a positive team environment, and providing delivery support across multiple teams when required.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master within software engineering or digital delivery teams. Master-level proficiency in Agile Project Management. Strong expertise in Scrum and Agile coaching. Experience working with distributed Agile teams (ADM beneficial). Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and complex delivery environments. Telecom/technology project experience is an advantage but not essential.
