Job Description
The Sr Manager People Advisor, WCA, is a generalist with a client-centric mindset, providing consultative and advisory services to People Leaders. This role supports People Team transformation by balancing capability, capacity, and delivery of people-related services. Key responsibilities include coaching and guiding leaders on individual talent development, compensation review, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, promotion cycles, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. The incumbent will lead efforts to facilitate effective team management, resolve workplace issues, manage low performance, and drive high performance. The role involves providing analytics for informed business decisions, cross-functional support, partnering with COEs to deliver People initiatives, supporting regulatory reporting, updating policies, recommending and implementing changes to policies/processes, supporting organizational change, and identifying skill gaps to develop training programs.
