Job Description

The Sr Manager People Advisor, WCA, is a generalist with a client-centric mindset, providing consultative and advisory services to People Leaders. This role supports People Team transformation by balancing capability, capacity, and delivery of people-related services. Key responsibilities include coaching and guiding leaders on individual talent development, compensation review, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, promotion cycles, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. The incumbent will lead efforts to facilitate effective team management, resolve workplace issues, manage low performance, and drive high performance. The role involves providing analytics for informed business decisions, cross-functional support, partnering with COEs to deliver People initiatives, supporting regulatory reporting, updating policies, recommending and implementing changes to policies/processes, supporting organizational change, and identifying skill gaps to develop training programs.

Requirements

7 to 10 years of experience in a related field, particularly as an HR generalist managing medium to complex people related challenges within a global, multinational, matrixed company context.,English language proficiency required.,French is highly recommended.,Ability to juggle priorities and have an eye for detail to ensure timely and accurate delivery of objectives.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Strong analytical and consulting skills with emotional intelligence.,Strong interpersonal skills, team player, true collaborator, and ability to solve problems quickly and competently.,Strong ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.,Flexible and creative thinker.,Proven ability to drive continuous improvement activities.,Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, while also influencing to drive bigger impact.
