Requirements
Minimum Requirements: 5–10 years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience. Proven experience recruiting within professional services or consulting environments. Strong headhunting and proactive sourcing capability. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple urgent roles simultaneously. Strong communication, organisation, and influencing skills. Preferred Experience: Recruitment experience supporting Strategy, Consulting, or Resources environments. Experience working in delivery-driven or revenue-impacting environments. Exposure to contract or project-based recruitment models.
