The Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategy with business objectives in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment. The role partners closely with executives to enable organisational effectiveness, workforce sustainability, and leadership capability. Key Responsibilities include: Strategic HR Partnership (Align HR strategy with business objectives, Advise on organisational design and transformation), Workforce Planning & Talent Management (Workforce planning and succession management, Talent pipeline and leadership development), Performance & Organisational Effectiveness (Drive performance management frameworks, Support change and new ways of working), Employee Relations & Compliance (Employee relations advisory and labour law compliance, Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives).
