Requirements
Minimum 10 years in IT Project / Delivery Management. Compulsory Soft Skills: Communication (verbal, written, executive-level), Time and Priority Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making. Leadership Competencies: Stakeholder Management, Conflict Management, Team Building and Collaboration, Influencing and Advisory Skills. Compulsory Hard Skills: Planning and Scheduling, Technical Literacy (IT systems and integrations), Vendor and Third-Party Management, Project Methodologies and Frameworks (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid), Budget and Financial Management. Required Proficiency Levels: Account Delivery Management (P4 – Expert), Work Management (Expert), Estimation & Planning (Expert - Recommended), Business Operations Management (Advanced - Preferred). Ideal Candidate Profile: Senior IT Project Manager / Delivery Lead with large-scale systems implementation experience, strong background in enterprise IT delivery within complex, multi-team environments, comfortable operating under client governance while driving execution, proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and delivery risk, confident engaging with senior stakeholders and steering delivery outcomes.
