Job Description

The Internal Audit Manager will lead and execute internal audit engagements within a client-facing consulting environment. The role requires strong management experience, ability to work independently, and exposure to retail or financial services environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and execute internal audit engagements
• Lead audit teams on client sites
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders
• Prepare and present audit findings
• Provide risk and governance advisory input
• Report to Senior Manager and Partner

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• CA(SA), CIA, or relevant qualification
• 6–10+ years internal audit experience
• Consulting/Big Four background preferred
• Strong management experience
• Retail exposure advantageous
• Willingness to travel regionally
